Weekly  Art Classes
We love to create many forms of art with teens!  We will do a lot of different styles and mediums.  Plus a bit of art history will also to covered in a creative way.  We will draw, use coloured pencils, pastels, ink, watercolour, acrylic painting, and even some sculpture.  Teens love the variety and trying something new. Of course we will do this all with some great music playing to create a fun and relaxing atmosphere.  All art supplies are included.
Costs posted below are per person and do not include HST.
 
Tuesdays, 4:15 to 6:15
Sept 4 to Dec 18, 16 weeks, $384
Jan 8 to March 26, 11 weeks, $264
April 2 to June 25, 13 weeks, $312
 
Saturdays, 10:45 to 12:45 AM
Sept 8 to Dec 15, 14 weeks, $336

Note:  There are no classes on Oct 6, March 12, and May 18.
 
 
 
Private Lessons
Private art lessons are always available upon request.  Most often we do  2 hour sessions for teens.  The fee is $35 per hour for private lessons which includes all art supplies.  Semi-private lessons are also available for $25 per person per hour which also includes all art supplies.  Contact Elaine Comeau to book your private lessons.
 
 
 
 
 
Volunteer
Here’s a great way to obtain some of your required high school volunteer hours.  We need volunteers for the kids craft days and our summer art camps.  If you are good with kids and interested, please call or email Elaine Comeau so you can be added to our list of volunteers.
 
 
 
 
 
Portfolio
Do you need a portfolio to apply for a high school or university fine arts program?  We can help you develop your portfolio by following all of the requirements requested by the institution.  Our track record for students being accepted due to their portfolios developed at this art studio is excellent.  We follow instructions very carefully and we also create pieces that will stand out in the portfolio.  Students can develop their portfolios during our weekly art classes or through private or semi-private art lessons.
